Sure enough.
1. Go to your page.
2. Click edit.
3. Click at the top or the bottom, wherever you want the picture.
4. On the left, click on images and files.
5. You have two choices here. If your pic is on your computer hard drive, click Choose File, and a screen with your hard drive appears. Select the picture you want. It will take a minute to load. Then, on the left, you should see the name of your picture. Click it, and the picture should appear on your page. If you want a picture from the internet, copy the URL from the internet page with the picture on it. Then, on the left side, click Insert image from URL.
6. Where you have photo credit at the bottom, remember to give credit to the organization that owns the picture, like you have already done on your page.

It's not hard to do, but it may be hard to explain here. It depends on where the picture is.
1. If it is a personal picture from your computer, get into Edit mode (top left), go the the sidebar (left), and click Images and files. Click Upload files, and a window will pop up that allows you to find the pic on your computer. Click the picture you want. Then you should see it in the list under Images and files. Click in the part of the report where you want the picture, then click on the name of the picture in the sidebar. Then Save.
2. If it is from an internet page, you HAVE to make sure that you can use it legally. Most sites tell you whether you can use their pictures. Look hard. If it's ok to use the picture, put in a photo credit line like the one on your favorites page. Go to your picture on the internet, right click to Open in a new window, go to the top of the window and copy the URL.
In Edit mode, click in the report where you want the picture. Then click in the sidebar on Images and files. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click Insert image from URL. Paste the URL in the window that pops up. Boom! It shows up in your report. Save.

You can certainly do a report on a famous person. You need a GOOD source, like a book or encyclopedia, or the website of a reliable organization. Fan websites are not good for a basic report. You can use them for an opinion section, but not for your basic facts.
